The youngest member of Sou-Banchou's "Four Heaven Kings". Real name Kouji Yotsuya. A base-ball club member, he's a nice, but earnest, hot-blooded and careless youth. He's also, unlike Kinniku-Banchou and Kogarashi-Banchou, a sore loser when defeated.
