Commander of Sirius. Age 47. Rank: Battalion Chief.
From his many achievements through dispatches, he received many promotions and worked his way up the ranks to Battalion Chief. Though he regrettably has not done any frontline firefighting recently, his physicality has not atrophied in the slightest.
He once was attached to a rescue squad himself. His tempered body and durable spirit earned him the nickname "Iron Murakami". He highly values Watase, who has a similar nickname, and has high hopes for him as Sirius' field captain. Murakami works earnestly so as to not let any disorder arise in the chain of command, which backfires since he doesn't notice the truth of LABO concealed by the Rokumei City government, and this he ends up unwittingly working to support them.
