Bell in child form. She is mostly using this form to conserve her magic use. Despite her looks, she is a teacher at the Magic Academy. In this form she also appears in front of her students at the academy, and as a result becomes highly popular with her students. Bell and her younger sister Piyoko share a house with the protagonist.
