篠塚 撫子

She is the signature waitress at the "Snowflake" coffee shop. She is quite stylish, but tends to be mistaken as a minor because of her childish face. She also works at a sister cafe.

In general, she does not get involved in other people's lives more than necessary and tries to keep her distance from everyone. She coldly rejects anyone who tries to overstep her boundaries, and she is merciless with her signature venomous tongue.

For some reason, she treats the protagonist in a friendly manner, making him a person of great mystery. Her treatment of Sakakura, a regular at the coffee shop, is a far cry from the way she treats him.
