The head of Luparia, a religious organization that fights against werewolves and magic. Pius lives surrounded by doll associates in an ivory tower in Belmonte, and there are very few of those who know more than that about his identity. Pius hates werewolves; he has a burning obsession to eradicate the Oruma Rossa.
