A Vampire girl who was confined together with χ as a test subject for "Extreme Transmutation" experiment. Having a special ability called "Heaven's Eye," she could "see" the ancient karma of geological veins of land.
Throughout her long time in confinement, she managed to see the history of Vampire species suppressing Human species. She formed a strong ideal that "The Vampire species is a malice, a disgusting existence that should not be allowed to live in this world. All of them must be exterminated." This was formed into the Gem "Meteorite."
The "Meteorite" that Gimel used to confront Pegasus troops was Cecilia's "Dying Will" that she left behind for him.
