Due to her hereditary intractable disease, Hinako had lived in the hospital ever since she was born. She used to be the daughter of a world-renowned billionaire, but she carries the fortune now that her parents died. Her intractable disease has been cured thanks to Reiji, and Hinako has started to attend school, something she had sought for a long time. At school, she gets along well with Umi, as she transferred to the same school and class as her. Because she is always given a ride to and from school by Keisuke, rumors about her being a "young lady" have started to spread around the school.

Because of her lack of battle experience, Hinako's offensive abilities are still in their immature state. However, her defense abilities are at a different level. Her abilities allow her to create a bright magical barrier produced from her innocent heart. No normal attack can penetrate this barrier. Hinako is unexpectedly a belligerent fighter, inventing a fighting style of summoning illusion beasts produced by magic.
