ユリウス=シャリオヴァルト

Freya's elder brother, and the Zeroth Seat of the "Seventh Chord". He is the total commander of the whole group. He was formerly a high ranking member of "Voluspa", a strictly confidential research organization. Julius is the ringleader of the secret force called the "Seventh Chord" that was created to defend the world from the "Mahoutsukai". Although Julius may seem like a cold-blooded person, he has a gentle side to him whenever he is with Freya, who was reunited with him after being separated for so long. The both of them share a deep familial love with each other.

Because Julius is the total commander, he does not participate in any of the battles.
