A 3rd year student in "The Roses in Full Bloom" class.

Shin'ichi is Mistuki's older brother of one year. Since he perceives Takamine Riku as his rival, there are whispers by everyone around him that he's aiming for Riku's "Red Rose" spot. He dearly treasures Mitsuki, and is very frank about his unhappiness of Riku not reciprocating his younger sister's romantic interests.
