The administrator of the tower. She usually stays in the Rinkernator, the upper most location in the tower. She often comes down to Platina, where the Apostles of Elemia live.

When there is a serious Virus outbreak, she takes Lyner and the other Knights of Elemia to destroy them.

She is usually covered in her armor. Because of her role, she must stay calm and never involve personal matters in decision making. A mysterious person surrounded in a veil of armour.
