Kouichi's classmate and childhood friend who is also the student council secretary. She used to depend on Koichi and his intelligence when they were younger, but when Saya met Senka, she became her fan instantly and decided to join the student council. Saya thinks that if Senka and Koichi were to team up, they'd make an invincible team, however her suggestion was instantly rejected.

Saya has been attached to Koichi ever since they were kids, but has been distancing herself from him as of lately.
