A third-year at Ichijyoukan High School. He is part of three idiots' group who are also Yuri's henchmen. Calls Yuri "Hime", and started doing Stride after Yuri saved him from an accident in a convenience store. Kiyoto's hobbies include checking convenience store's meals.
