岸谷森厳

Kishitani Shingen is Shinra's father. His behaviour is odd to the point that he wears a Gas Mask, he says: "Tokyo air is very filthy." and that's the reason why he wears it. He's the one who made Shinra participate in multiple dissections, which he believes are the reason why Shinra is so twisted now.
