As the leader of , Kuon always takes the wishes of his bandmates into consideration. Very caring and a good conversationalist, he has a lot of friends. Since his father is a congressman and his mother is a lawyer, Kuon is polite and gets excellent grades. Since his parents are often away on business, the Tsukinohara family's house has become the band's hangout.
