Based on Joan of Arc, who is considered a heroine of France and a Roman Catholic saint.

A noble knight hailing from Europe. She dreams of the day when God will appear before her. Perhaps as a reward for her faith, she sometimes receives mysterious radio waves from "God".

One of "God's decrees" led Joan of Arc to come to Australia in order to teach everyone about Him. She believes that vampires are evil, and is therefore on bad terms with Vlad.
