Mochida is the protagonist's direct superior in the SRCPO. He accompanies her on most of her work in the field, and is often fielding calls from concerned citizens alongside her.

He's very optimistic, and is always looking out for the protagonist to make sure the job isn't taking too much of a toll on her.
