Kaoru operates as the Dolls’ producer—a job foisted onto him by his superiors—and is earnestly fumbling his way through the work. He may act and seem like the strict, serious type, but he’s very flexible, no matter the situation he’s facing.

Back when he was a student, Kaoru was quite the exceptional hacker, which landed him a position in the TMPD Cyber Security Control Division. His abilities were quickly recognized, leading to him being put in charge of the Office of Cyber Security Control at a relatively young age.
