Born on April 4th, 1829, at one of Hachiouji’s Guards’ houses, located in modern Hino, Tokyo.

A licensed master of the Tennen Rishin-Ryuu style, Inoue is a straightforward yet laid-back individual, giving her notoriety within the ranks of the Shinsengumi.

Inoue is among the rare Shinsengumi members unafraid to voice her opinions to Kondou and Toshizou, her long-time friends.

She tends to observe from a distance, intervening only when absolutely needed.
