Mesu-dorei A-ko's master. He takes the role of trainer to the magical girls and partner to Mesu-dorei A-ko. Has sex with A-ko on several occasions throughout the story.

He is also Masaharu and Mami's father but never bothers to tell Masaharu. Is okay with A-ko having sex with Masaharu.
