The social worker in charge of the well-being of Nao and his fellow survivors. She finds them accommodation and answers any material requests they might have. Extremely efficient and businesslike in her demeanour.

An ex-JSDF soldier and the commander of the New Akatsuki security forces, she is usually found in the control room directing operations against Kusakabe Yuuri and the mercenary pair. She reports directly to Mayor Koga regarding security incidents.

Her conversation with Nao regarding contact with Sabikawa Shinri is the branching point from the game's common route to the individual heroine routes.
