A second-year undergrad at Nariyama Academy, and a virgin. His major is in mechanical engineering.

Fifteen years ago, he was a passenger in one of the planes that crashed into Terminal 1 at Nariyama airport.

He redesigns several radios in an attempt to break out from the pigeons' clutch, despite not fully grasping the technology used. He seems cheerful on the outside, but his resentment towards the artificial pigeons runs far deeper than he lets on.
