Yuuki's classmate and the leader of the 7th branch of W.L.O. She is the one who introduced Yuuki to the whole organization and project. Hotaru is a total bookworm who reads very often. Hotaru's mission is to give orders to Yuuki and teach him how to make girls fall in love with him, however, he is too dense, which makes her mission harder. Not to mention if she can't make Aina and Yuuki fall in love with each other, she will be fired from W.L.O. Hotaru has a habit of rising her glasses up with her middle finger. Whenever someone calls her "Sobake", she gets angry and shows her murderous intent to anybody who calls cup noodles bad.
