Arisa is a girl from France who is a mix between American, British and Japanese, and a member of NOA. She has mastered 7 languages, has been able to skip grades because of her genius brain abroad and is proficient in martial arts. Despite her mission having a 117% chance of success, Hotaru is ready for everything to fail. Arisa often worries about her bed-ridden sister Sarasa to a such extent that she's almost sticking to her like glue. Because of this, Hayakawa-sensei calls them "Yuri Sisters".
