Mel Mel

She is a halfling girl who serves as acting general of Tulle, a federation of commercial cities. She is an excellent merchant, but she is far from calm and collected, and her likes, dislikes, and feelings of anger, sorrow, and joy are quite clear.

In times of war, she is able to lead a large number of mercenaries and artillery units, using her ample financial resources.
