A seasoned lawmaker with a solid political base. Member of the Liberal Reform Party.
Originally in the same party as Prime Minister Sanjou, but after a split, joined the Liberal Reform Party. Currently opposed to Sanjou and working with Governor Shirasu to undermine the ruling coalition.
