A bad guy type with blonde hair, ear and nose piercings.

In the first game he hangs out with Anjou Kaneyuki , and ends up stabbing Tetsuya. In the second game he is involved in the stories of several characters, such as Akiyoshi Chika and Gojou Sunao.
