Overview
After another prolonged hospital stay, Sakiyama Youji hopes to return to a normal life. But soon after coming back to school, his world begins to warp—without anyone else seeming to notice. Strange symptoms plague his body, and vivid hallucinations of blood and flesh haunt his every waking moment. Meanwhile, two fellow students—the silent Tetsuo and the notorious troublemaker Zenya—develop a fierce and inexplicable interest in him. What do Tetsuo and Zenya want? Are his hallucinations really just that? Everyone seems to know more than they let on—but as Youji tries to piece things together, he may be sowing the seeds of his own doom.
