Overview

In 'Katawa Shoujo,' Hisao Nakai is an ordinary high school student whose life takes an unexpected turn when he collapses from a heart condition after receiving a love confession. Diagnosed with arrhythmia, he transfers to Yamaku, a school for students with disabilities. There, he meets a cast of unique heroines, each with her own disability and story. Through heartfelt connections and slow-burn romance, Hisao navigates the challenges of living with his condition while finding love and purpose in a slice-of-life setting.
