This story features a heroine that is easily ordered around, especially by those she has an emotional attachment to and generally is easily swept away by trends, events, and other occurrences.

A heroine of this type has a great deal of trouble thinking for herself and even more trouble acting upon her thoughts. Even if she does act, she is easily deterred from her course of action.
