Djinns, or Jinn, are supernatural creatures from Middle-East lore.
In Mideast fairytales, they are powerful spirits who have been enslaved and bound to a magical item inside of which some can be trapped. They can chose to be invisible or take various forms, including plants, animals, items, which then can make anthropomorphic.
