Muted Obscenities

The game contains censored obscenities or vulgar words, which are muted instead of being bleeped out.

The tag should be applied if the game has voiced acted lines that contain words which are censored, especially words related to genitalia such as おちん (ochinpo), おまんこ (omanko) and おちんちん (ochinchin).
