Visual novels with this tag include scenes of a microphilic nature. This is often sexual, but sometimes not.

Microphilia refers to a fascination with or a sexual fantasy involving miniature or shrunken people. The miniature people in question might have originally been of that size, or they may have been normal-sized people that have been suddenly shrunk.
