Weak Memory

This character is often forgets to do something or cannot remember what people had told him. This can be caused by several health problems, magic or anything else.

Note: If it's a one-time only loss of memory, use Amnesia instead. If the character is a careless scatterbrain, who generally doesn't pay attention to things, and not an actual health problem, then use Absentminded trait instead.
