Student Council Vice President

This character is the student government vice president.

The vice president of the student government is the second highest ranking officer of a student government or student union association on the high school, college, or university level. The vice president is the right-hand person of the president of the student government, and is usually the second-in-command within the student government.

Should the president be unable to fulfill the role of his/her position due to absence, having resign, or some other reasons, the vice president will be the one to succeed the position, whether temporarily or permanently depending on the nature of the situation. Depending on the school, this decision can also be influenced by the votes of the other members of the student government and/or the student body.

The vice president also have a high authority in the student government, surpassed only by the president. The vice president is also often in charge of making important decisions in the student government and can also act as the representative of the president as the right-hand person of the highest ranking officer of the student government.
