This character is a master of tactics and during the course of the game, runs elaborate plans to achieve some goals.

Mostly used for the experts of military tactics, the art of organizing an army, are the techniques for using weapons or military units in combination for engaging and defeating an enemy in battle. But also applies to characters that use maneuvers or follow plans to achieve a particular aim in in non-battle situations.
