This character shocks another by electricity in a sexual context. Apply Subject of (Sexual) > Electric Shock (BDSM) to the one being shocked.

In case this happens in a non-sexual context, consider simply applying Engages in > Torture or Engages in > Assault as needed.

Electric shock occurs upon contact of a (human) body with any source of electricity that causes a sufficient current through the skin, muscles, or hair. Typically, the expression is used to describe an injurious exposure to electricity. When exposed to a lethal electrical shock one is electrocuted.
