Rough sex is simply sex or sexual practices like Engages in (Sexual) > Strangulation Sex, Engages in (Sexual) > Deepthroat, Engages in (Sexual) > Spanking, Engages in (Sexual) > Hair Pulling (Sexual), Engages in (Sexual) > Anal Sex performed in an aggressive way. There is no power exchange happening, there is no intent to dominate or submit. The intent/motivation is more related to unbridled passion, rather than giving/taking power.
Rough sex isn't romantic. It’s animalistic, passionate, edgy, aggressive, and sometimes painful.

Note, that this trait relates only to the rough sex happening in a consensual context otherwise it's just rape or assault. The character giving rough sex cannot force themselves, or be incited by a third party to force themselves, on the receiving person. The receiving person cannot be under the influence of drugs/aphrodisiacs, or mind control.
