This character inserts their fist into another character's vagina in a sex scene. Apply Subject of (Sexual) > Vaginal Fisting to the character being fisted.

Don't use this trait for cases where a character fists themselves. Use Engages in (Sexual) > Vaginal Masturbation instead.
