Zodiac Paradigm

The Emperor sends out 12 letters to 12 animals to be a part of mysterious new council. Upon arrival, 13 animals show up instead. Suspicions and doubts are thrown left and right as the group of animals work to figure out who the outlier is and overcome their misguided perceptions of each other.
