In 2009 CD Bros., D.O., and ZyX, merged with BBX, and became part of Contents Traffic. Panther Software Co., Ltd. also later joined Contents Traffic. All four companies had previously been part of a business group known as the Yuuto Group, established sometime in the late 80s/early 90s.
