齋藤 博人

Saito Hiroto (sometimes spelled "Saitoh Hiroto"), born on October 26th, is a Japanese music and sound effect composer from Tokyo. Formerly employed by Kogado Studio, Saitou has since left and became a freelancer. He releases his doujin works under the names LOTS or LILT RECORDS.
