Agematsu Noriyasu was born March 1, 1978 in the former Hotaka, Minamiazumi District, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. His work includes that of being an arranger and composer, most of which are game and anime related.

He is the a representative director of music production group/label Elements Garden, which centers around making music for games.
