上坂 すみれ

Uesaka Sumire, born December 19, 1991 in Kanagawa Prefecture, is a Japanese voice actress and singer, affiliated with Voice Kit and signed to King Records.

Because of her interest and love for Russia, she is also affectionately known under the nickname Sumipe (すみぺ). She also majored in Russian Studies while studying at Sophia Univesity, a well-known university in Tokyo.
