Rokka Rikka is a freelance Japanese author and scenario writer. Until 2009, she was credited as "Tori (とり)". She is a member of the doujin circle, "蓮玉兎-RenGyokuTo-".

Not to be confused with the artist Tori who uses the same name as her alias.
