Minazuki Tooru (born on February 28th), is a Japanese freelance illustrator. He used to work for AQUAPLUS/Leaf, PlayM, and TGL.

When working together with Takahashi Tatsuya, they share the pen name, "Takahiko Tatsuya (高彦 達哉)".
