The story revolves around angels, Shank and Pyure, who, due to their insufficient power, decide to empower talented individuals to combat devils. While searching for suitable candidates, they encounter ordinary students, Sakura and Kaede, being attacked by devils. Shank transforms them into Apostle Angels, enabling them to successfully repel the devils. Subsequently, Sakura and Kaede continue to fight against the devils as Angel Liebe and Angel Arce.
