Purgatory of the Golden Witch

In the world after the Rokkenjima incident in October 4th 1986, the concept of forgeries is no longer unknown - different stories and variations claiming to tell the truth behind the events of that day are published and explored by those who seek the truth, or by those who search a mere escape from boredom.

While most forgeries don't worth a skim, one forgery gained the attention of Hachijo Ikuko, and she offers her partner, Hachijo Tohya, to read it along with her.
