Dinei is a small island nation far from the continent.
The protagonist is entrusted by the government to manage a temple as the guardian of "Fadam", an ancient belief in Dinei.

Far from such a grand title, her days are muddled and mundane, but then she is instructed that one of the responsibilities of the temple's administrator is to provide "health guidance" to its employees....
