Focuses on the Yamato Nadeshiko archetype – the ideal Japanese woman, Takahiro resides in Misaki-shi where there is a competition to determine who most depicts the Yamato Nadeshiko. In the past, there was a woman who protected the country during the period of war. The one who excelled in fighting was called the Nadeshiko Ranbu, while the one who excelled in the arts was called the Nadeshiko Ranka. He has to decide which out of the six girls he will support in the competition.
