The protagonist is a regular person invited by the Kamishima sisters to visit the Hakuyou Festival. This festival aims to showcase the achievements of students from the prestigious Hakuyou Magic Academy and educate people on how magic influences economics, industry, and politics.

Accompanied by the sisters, the protagonist first watches their starring film, "Magical Warriors Serena & Sincere" — a bold, documentary-style dramatization by director Kagashima Itsuki, blending campus life with the enigmatic exploits of the rumored magical warriors. Though meant to depict their heroic deeds, unrelated footage suddenly cuts into the narrative:

"This is the truth."

The inserted scenes show the magical warriors engaged in lewd acts...
Behind it all, the shadowy agenda of a certain individual comes into view...
